Roots to Bloom is a movement experience like no other that blends yoga, dance and bodyweight strength training, to help you reconnect and reset. Where ancient wisdom meets modern music, strength meets softness, and silly release meets soulful community.

Classes and events are led by longtime wellness guide, Kaitlyn Pennington, who specializes in women's health and the mind, body, spirit interconnection. 

Our bodies hold emotion, and for thousands of years, humans have gathered to move and process life together. Come exactly as you are and meet your most primal, powerful self.
